I checked into your online queue waiting for 3 hours went down for my appointment at the scheduled time the girl at the front said there's a 45-minute waiting time she'll check me in again and there's five people in front of me I said no thanks I already checked in online I had an appointment. she said sorry but sorry really doesn't work for me, that was the first and last time I will try Sport Clips. Either their online check-in system doesn't work or the girl at the front letting people in is cheating the online system and letting people in t her discretion. Either way I will not be back.

She botched my beard, and it needed to be cut off. My haircut doesn't look sharp, it looks like the person who cut it had little to no professional experience. 2 times in the past, they have left my side burns uneven. $23 pre tip, you would expect some professionalism, but that is not the case with this location of this business. I'm very disappointed. You had one job...
